Spelling of Christie Pits
[edit]There is an organization called "Friends of Christie Pits Park". On their webpage they explain the origin of the name, which is indeed "Pits". http://www.christiepits.ca/history/history.asp Hope this helps to clear things up for you. Gtwfan52 (talk) 08:41, 23 May 2012 (UTC)
