You don't seem to understand how article creation works here[edit]
New articles by definition do not appear in search engines. We give them some time to make sure that they are appropriate articles for Wikipedia. So that "article" you are going on about never appeared in search engines, if it ever existed at all. As several people have pointed out, an article in English about that topic already exists.
