Do not add non-notable, nonsensical or otherwise unencyclopedic content to Wikipedia, as you did to Nathan Petrelli . Making such unconstructive edits is considered vandalism. If you want to experiment, use the sandbox. Ace Class Shadow; My talk. 20:14, 31 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add unhelpful and non-constructive information to Wikipedia, as you did to Sherwood Dungeon. Your edits could be considered vandalism, and they have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. --Vox Rationis 00:42, 7 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:Kakashi Face.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Kakashi Face.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 19:09, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

I deleted the sub-tread from Talk:Naruto Uzumaki. By the way...

Welcome to Wikipedia! I am glad to see you are interested in discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic. Please refrain from doing this in the future. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you! –Gunslinger47 21:45, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Image:Kakshi2003.jpg

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Image:Kakshi2003.jpg, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

No source, no fair use claim, and orphaned. Also, this picture is very small and of very low quality when inlarged. We have better pictures of Kakashi already in use.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet very basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on [[Talk:Image:Kakshi2003.jpg|the article's talk page]] explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. // DecaimientoPoético 02:07, 11 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Vhhrkcuhau.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Celain 18:48, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:Deatheater.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Herpo the Foul

[edit]

Two points regarding your recent edits:

  • Since you apparently have a non-obvious source, then you should add it to the text you put in. Do a footnote giving the reference when you make additions such as this one.
  • Use capital letters and proper spelling.
  • Whether Herpo the Foul exists in the Harry Potter universe is not, by itself, sufficient to warrant inclusion. Any character must satisfy the criteria of being notable enough to warrant inclusion. Herpo the Foul simply does not satisfy the guidelines, and as such should not be included.

Since Herpo the Foul fails to satisfy the notability requirement, I am deleting it. If you believe there is an argument to justify him as a notable character, please discuss it in the Talk page. Magidin 16:33, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with Magidin here - when someone deletes your post, and you disagree, you really should go to the Discussion page to state why you think it belongs. If folk there use acronyms or terms you don't understand, you can ask what they mean, and people aren't going to point at you and laugh - they will help you to learn. The thing to do is to stay calm. :) - Arcayne (cast a spell) 18:17, 18 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vampire assasin (film)

[edit]

A {{prod}} template has been added to the article Vampire assasin (film), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please tag it with {{db-author}}. NeilN 03:30, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift

[edit]

Please do not insert unhelpful comments in an article, as you did with The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, even if you hide the edits. The proper place to discuss the contents of the article is on the talk page. -- Donald Albury 17:25, 14 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
