This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject.

The comment the reviewer left was:

Chen probably meets the requirements of WP:NPROF or WP:NACADEMIC, wikipedia's notability guidelines for academics and scientists. I would double-check just in case. That being said, the reason for the decline is more about the way it is written. Lines like Chen’s typical work he is known for is helping those with come off as conversational and not encyclopedic. You can easily say "Chen's research focus is on glioblastoma" and it gives the same result in less words. In general it sounds like you are telling the reader why Chen is important instead of letting the reader figure it out themselves. Needs some re-writes, but feel free to resubmit when your professor thinks you're ready.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
