A tag has been placed on File:RSF.gif requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F2 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image page for a missing or corrupt image or an empty image description page for a Commons-hosted image.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Batman characters

Wouldn't mind at all. I'll go there now ... though I'm much more knowledgeable about Marvel, to be honest.--Tenebrae (talk) 18:05, 4 June 2011 (UTC)

At this point I'm looking for feed back on layout, format, and level of detail, not necessarily accuracy to primary sources.
I'm the one doing the primary editing on it and I want to chck I haven't overstepped general guidelines.
- J Greb (talk) 18:08, 4 June 2011 (UTC)
I pretty much stuck to copy edits and to simple line edits for wordiness. I'm a professional writer-editor, after all, so it's the least I could do! Gotta run now ... on deadline.... --Tenebrae (talk) 18:27, 4 June 2011 (UTC)

Comics cats.

Being bold The Category:Upcoming comics/Category:Unpublished comics split was made by me to mirror the categories in Category:Upcoming products. —Justin (koavf)TCM22:33, 4 June 2011 (UTC)

Please explain This edit to Sonic Disruptors—the comic was not finished, but several issues were published... Is there something I'm missing? —Justin (koavf)TCM22:41, 4 June 2011 (UTC)
Okay At the risk of sounding like a jerk, I was just trying to do something helpful and I'm not sure that I want to get bogged down in a discussion. There is clearly a difference between a comic that is slated to be released and one that will never happen (e.g. Twilight of the Superheroes) and there are categories in several other kinds of media to make the distinction (not that all of these have parent categories), so I don't see what the objection is to one for comics as well. I can appreciate what you're doing, but I'm not emotionally invested enough to really discuss this issue with WikiProject Comics. Please understand that I'm not trying to be dismissive, I just have other things that matter way more to me, even on Wikipedia. —Justin (koavf)TCM23:04, 4 June 2011 (UTC)
Also For what it's worth, there are several citations here: List of comics that were never published. —Justin (koavf)TCM23:06, 4 June 2011 (UTC)
Okay If you post somewhere, I'll discuss with anyone else who is interested. —Justin (koavf)TCM23:19, 4 June 2011 (UTC)

Brian Boru is awesome

He got blocked for sockpuppetry for a week, but it looks like what he was trying to do wasn't all bad (insofar as removing the biblio sections, not the actual block evasion itself). I'd revert back to remove the character biolography sections, but I don't want to get caught up in the drama.  :\ 129.33.19.254 (talk) 19:43, 9 June 2011 (UTC)

The Signpost interview

Edit War alert

Check Venom (comics). BB is awesome is removing bibliographies as he should but other editors aren't getting it and he won't take it to talk page. I am hoping you can help with that. Jhenderson 777 15:21, 20 June 2011 (UTC)

For the new article I created we need to have a discussion about how big the scope of the article is going to be. I started the article trying to mimic the Spider-Man: Brand New Day article, but recent edits by other uses are changing the article away from that. We need to establish a consensus for the scope of this article so there are no edit wars and so the article can be concise and a quality article. Please post an opinion to the article's talk page where I have further elaborated on my point of view. Thank you. Spidey104 16:35, 21 June 2011 (UTC)

File:Star Sapphire power ring.jpg 2nd pass

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. We always appreciate when users upload new images. However, it appears that one or more of the images you have recently uploaded or added to an article may fail our non-free image policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading or using a copyrighted image of a living person. For other possible reasons, please read up on our non-free image criteria. Please note that we take very seriously our criteria on non-free image uploads, and users who repeatedly upload or misuse non-free images may be blocked from editing. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media Copyright Questions page. ΔT The only constant 14:14, 25 June 2011 (UTC)

Um

Your comments are not very civil. Where do you think consensus on a topic like this is supposed to be developed? This relates to an ArbCom decision. --Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 21:03, 25 June 2011 (UTC)

Have brought my concerns regarding your behavior here. As feedback this sort of bittyness is not good for the project. Cheers Doc James (talk · contribs · email) 21:31, 25 June 2011 (UTC)

Breen (Star Trek)

Regarding sourcing, since when is sourcing relevant for images? Are you saying that WP:IRS applies to images? Why is this? Nightscream (talk) 20:13, 26 June 2011 (UTC)

Btw, I've reported Triangle at the Edit Warring Noticeboard. The point that Triangle acts as if we're supposed to read his mind, and know which criterion is wrong out all those on those image policy pages he links to, which is a point you yourself made to him, is noted. I pointed this out at the Noticeboard, so your participation would be appreciated, because this guy obviously is incapable of admitting that he's wrong, or that he knew he could've fixed the rationale or explained to me what was wrong with it, and refused to do so., so that he could carry on a personal grudge with me. Character set indexes

It' all clear, but I still have a doubt In Captain Marvel (Marvel Comics) page, you reverted my edits about writers and artist; The template used Comics set and title does include fields for creators who have contributed to the series. And that was what I did. What was wrong? Fma12 (talk) 01:17, 28 June 2011 (UTC)

That's the laundry list effect. Realistically we aren't indexing the issues, adding all the writers or pencillers for a volume begs for the issues they handled to listed.
For the writers there, I can see an argument for vol 2 through 5 since each series had a single writer. Same for the One shots - and yes, for completeness the should be there.
Same for the writers for vol 2, 3, and 5 - 1 penciller through out.
But when you start list 3+ people, is it because their individual runs are notable or because the list needs to be complete? If the runs are notable then there should be something in the article about that. Something with sources that support it as notable.
