This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Press releases, passing (or no) mentions, and primary sources do not establish notability per WP:GNG. The only (seemingly) useful sources are #2 (of which #1 is just a reprint) and #9, and these are both clearly based on some sort of publicity campaign.

Hi! Sorry for the slow reply. I didn't get the original notification. Thanks for your explanation. I had a question about references: In your commented you mentioned on two articles were useful. However, #12 was a Hollywood Reporter story where Wendy is named as the producer of a film with significant stars attached. As with most articles like this, the stars are mentioned first but Wendy is credited as lead producer. Why would this not be considered useful? Hi. I also checked with the source of #2 and it was definitely not part of a publicity campaign. This article was written by an entertainment journalist who found out that Wendy was in New Zealand and wanted to interview her. The interview was arranged and the journalist had no prior connection or converstation with Wendy Benge prior to requesting an interview. JPartridgeNZ (talk) 22:45, 20 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
