The userpage User:JCWarrenauthor was deleted because you blanked it (and its previous versions were self promotional). The account JCWarrenauthor (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log) was not deleted (that's impossible) nor was it blocked.

Now that you have two accounts be very careful about what is WP:SOCKLEGIT and what is WP:ILLEGIT. Even then it's all too easy to accidentally use one account when you meant to use the other.
