Posting multiple requests for an unblock, without any new information, almost immediately after a declined unblock, makes it less likely an administrator will be willing to unblock you quickly, not more likely. And in any case, given that Deepfriedokra just told you that you weren't going to be unblocked to edit ITM (SLS) Baroda University at all, suggesting that one of the things you'll do is simply do a better job editing ITM (SLS) Baroda University is also more likely to keep you blocked. Admins are going to want to see what other areas you're interested in.

If you really would like to contribute to Wikipedia, the most dependable way to get another chance would be to constructively edit at another project like Simple Wikipedia for six months or a year, on other subjects than this one. If you can demonstrate a good record of contributing on subjects on which you don't have a conflict of interest, there's a chance that you'll be unblocked. You don't seem to see how you have edited promotionally and violated our policies like WP:COI and WP:PAID. You should be informing prospective or actual students about your courses on your school website and social media, not Wikipedia. If you want to edit about topics for which you have no conflict of interest, like government officials or science or the history of your country, please tell what topics you might edit about in a new request. That is literally the definition of promotional activity. This is an encyclopedia, not a college directory. If you want for students to check details of courses offered by your institute, the proper place for that is on your institute's website.
