Conflict of interest

In this edit, you mention that you are a representative of Focus Features. As such, you have a conflict of interest with all of their products, including Nosferatu. You should avoid further edits to that page, but instead, make edit requests at the article's talk page. Also, being their representative does not allow you to upload copyright violating material such as full resolution images of their film posters. You may upload a reduced resolution image (no larger than 300 pixels) to the Wikipedia file area under American fair use rules. WikiDan61^ChatMe!_ReadMe!! 19:41, 2 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

To use the new image, you'll have to create an image with a maximum resolution of 260wx385h pixels. This can be uploaded to Wikipedia, and in the licensing section, you'll have to add the {{non-free poster}}. I am getting the error "The wikitext you entered doesn't contain a valid license template" when I try to add {{non-free poster}} as the license. Isabellateamclick (talk) 01:54, 3 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The template is only available on Wikipedia (specifically, en.wiki); if you are trying to upload the file to Commons, that won't work. En.wiki works according to American copyright and fair use laws, but Commons must adhere to stricter international copyright laws. WikiDan61^ChatMe!_ReadMe!! 12:47, 3 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Got it, unfortunately since my account is not confirmed it is not allowing me to upload non-free files to Wikipedia, I can only upload to the Commons. Are you able to upload to the Nosferatu page?
