Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Isabelangelo, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Material you added the the above article back on March 17 appears to have been copied from the copyright web page https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-picks-sonny-perdue-for-agriculture-secretary/2017/01/18/a26abbc0-ddec-11e6-ad42-f3375f271c9c_story.html. Copying text directly from a source is a copyright violation. Unfortunately, for copyright reasons, the content had to be removed. Please leave a message on my talk page if you have any questions or if you think I made a mistake. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 19:12, 15 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Which I'm going to assume is independent of the class. As an FYI, if you want to become more involved with Wikipedia under a username that isn't linked to your real life name, you can do so by reading the instructions at WP:CHU. You can also change up your user page since you aren't in the class anymore, or ask that it be deleted and then recreate it. If you want to become more involved and have any other questions, please feel free to reach out. TonyBallioni (talk) 20:06, 10 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
