Information icon Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Kelle Roos, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ArbCom 2017 election voter message

[edit]

Hello, InternationalSupporter3. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2017 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Block

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Jayron32 16:28, 2 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
This block is to enforce Wikipedia's policy on verifiability of additions to Wikipedia articles. This talk page is evidence that you have been warned repeatedly over several months that you are making changes but not supporting those changes with reliable sources. You have, as far as I can tell, never acknowledged these warnings, or ever attempted to seek help or communicate with any user over their concerns. Given that, I have blocked your account for 1 week. If you can explain that you understand the problem, and agree to improve your editing and communication skills in specific ways to avoid these problems in the future, you may be unblocked early. --Jayron32 16:28, 2 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Remy Marginet

[edit]

Remy Marginet is no longer a Sheffield Eagles player, his contract was not renewed at the end of the 2017 season. Therefore, my recent edit of his information page is justified. InternationalSupporter3 (talk) 11:35, 10 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

No, it's not. It's been endlessly explained to you on this page that you need to cite reliable sources when making these claims. As soon as you were unblocked, you went straight back to doing what you were blocked for: repeatedly making changes to many articles, citing no sources whatsoever. Our own first-hand knowledge of something counts for nothing here: you must provide citations. The Mighty Glen (talk) 11:54, 10 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Is Mark Aston a reliable enough source for you? InternationalSupporter3 (talk) 11:56, 10 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If he's quoted in a WP:Reliable source, yes. The Mighty Glen (talk) 12:02, 10 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistent addition of unsourced content, or content that is not supported by provided sources..
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Black Kite (talk) 19:02, 11 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
In defence of this person, the sources do now back up the claimed stats. Hopefully this will allow the editor in question to continue to edit, or at least have a path back to being a valued contributer.Fleets (talk) 21:03, 12 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

InternationalSupporter3 (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

There was a website outage, which was rectified afterwards. The stats were shown to be correct at that point. Is there a path for this individual to return as a permanent block seems a little excessive, perhaps a tutorial from an admin, not the permanent loss of a contributer.Fleets (talk) 22:09, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

We don't accept proxy unblock appeals. If InternationalSupporter3 wants to appeal this block, they need to do so themselves. Yunshui  09:59, 15 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I would start with reading the Guide to appealing blocks. SQLQuery me! 23:49, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, InternationalSupporter3. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "sandbox".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 23:10, 13 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
