Hi! I deleted your page, but I thought I'd come here and explain why. It looked like a test page, but in the end it would have been deleted one way or another because it ultimately violated WP:NOT. By this I mean that Wikipedia cannot host articles based on ideas or concepts that you came up with. It must be about notable subject matter, concepts, and ideas that have been documented in reliable sources. This looked like it was something that you came up with or at least would be a personal essay on the subject. We just cannot accept articles of this nature on Wikipedia. Ref.: Civil Personal Registration Systems and corruption
Dear Wiki
It is very difficult to understand how to add articles in Wiki.
The article is not "to do" but, a professional explanation and model for the World, applying the Civil Registration and its results on minimizing corruption. I have experience from the Civil Registration in Denmark and the implementation of the Civil Information System in Kuwait and partial experience from the Unique Civil Number in Egypt. If writing an article is so difficult in Wiki, then I may need specific guidelines to help. I believe in what I advocate!
Dr. M Grant, MBA Denmark
The article Civil Personal Registration Systems and corruption has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- This article is a list of "to-do"s for the editor who created it. It is not actually an article. I am PRODing in hopes that it will become one, but I have my doubts considering it has not been edited in three days.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Andrew327 13:13, 24 July 2013 (UTC)
