[edit]I will send it to you if you enable email on your account. To do that, click "Preferences" at the top of the screen, and on the "User profile" tab fill in your email address (which will not be visible to anyone) and check the box marked "Enable email from other users".
The article was gradually built up to a considerable size, and then drastically trimmed back removing unsourced material because of the Wikipedia:Verifiability policy: "any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source" I guess the version of most interest to you will be the one of maximum size before trimming.
If you want to actually use, i.e. republish, any of this material, it will be necessary to give some sort of attribution because the CC-BY-SA license, while allowing free use for any purpose, requires attribution to the authors. I have not had to organise that for a deleted page before, but if necessary I will find out how.
