Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Whether you have a conflict of interest of not, it appears you're rewriting biographies to promote the subjects of those biographies, rewriting the articles so they better supplement their resumes. --Ronz (talk) 16:56, 16 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
