Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Phil Collins, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Srobak (talk) 20:13, 4 July 2011 (UTC)
Hi Srobak, not that it's of major importance but if i did overlook the edit description 'summary' the reason is this; Removing "Collins credits Brand X as his first use of a drum machine as well as his first use of a home 8-track tape machine". This was somebody's cynical attempt at humor but an untrue statement about my band Brand X which was removed in the interest of accurate public information. If you feel that this type of rhetoric be included, well go ahead and leave the misinformation on my old drummer's page, Best, John Goodsall Infospaz (talk) 11:31, 5 July 2011 (UTC)
