Welcome
[edit]Hello, Indiebass, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Wikipedia Boot Camp, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}}
on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The Five Pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Editing tutorial
- Picture tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Naming conventions
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and vote pages using three tildes, like this: ~~~. Four tildes (~~~~) produces your name and the current date. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! The spanjo
[edit]Hey. Why not create some form of tribute website to the Spanjo? That would be the perfect way to keep the memory of the sandwich alive. (Only thing is, Wikipedia isn't a web hosting provider) -- Andy Saunders 19:40, 7 March 2006 (UTC)
I can only hope you're talking about the same Spanjo I'm thinking of...could there be more than one? I'm almost afraid to describe it for fear of disappointment. Here, I'll just mention sprouts and apples.

[edit]Hey I went through the same thing as you, my 1st article got deleted (it was feigning interest) and my 2nd only narrowly got out of deletion ( Office etiquette ). Right now it feels like you put a bunch of work that went to waste, but if you start looking at the Active Wiki Fixup Projects you can see how non-encyclopedic articles just put a drag on the whole system. -Ravedave 21:55, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
