Image copyright problem with Image:BrigadierGeneralJohnUberti.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:BrigadierGeneralJohnUberti.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 05:30, 31 October 2008 (UTC)

. Thank you. - Dank (push to talk) 19:26, 23 August 2010 (UTC)- Hi, I hope this won't be an inconvenience, please take a few moments to click on the link above to register an account representing you personally. Our current policy is firm on the point that accounts shouldn't be intended to represent a group; for one thing, it makes it impossible to assign the copyrights on the edits. Please feel free to post here if you have questions, I'll keep an eye on the page. - Dank (push to talk) 19:33, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

[edit]imcomkorea is our shared account for Army Public Affairs Specialists assigned to the IMCOM Korea Public Affairs Office. Our input is referenced to the best of our ability and is factual in every way. I would greatly appreciate your unblocking the user account. r, Dave
- Dave, our policy is at WP:GROUPNAME, "Unambiguous use of a name or URL of a company, group or product as a username is not permitted." There are several reasons for the policy, some legal. It's perfectly okay for you to pick any username that represents you yourself, and then say on your userpage that you're with the IMCOM Korea Public Affairs Office and you attempt to reference your input as best you can. I appreciate the work you've done. I'm a coordinator for our Military History Wikiproject, btw, and we'll be happy to assist in any way we can. - Dank (push to talk) 02:14, 24 August 2010 (UTC)
