A suggestion for the following sentence: "EHMT1 accomplsihes this by adding a mono or dimethyl group to histones' lysine groups." -- accomplishes is spelt wrong; also consider shuffling this around a bit to say something like "EHMT1 accomplishes this by adding a mono- or dimethyl group to the lysine tails of the histones." It flows a little bit better this way.
Otherwise everything looks good - great start!
