I don't understand why you deleted my article "Deposit Insurance System in Kazakhstan/Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund" on Saturday September 24. It was not copied from anywhere and it's about a public organization working for the benefit of my country Kazakhstan.
Please give me the detailed reasons why you actually deleted my article and tell me what to do to avoid deletion.
