Your user page

[edit]

Just a friendly tip: Your userboxes are a big mess. You need to scroll the window left and right to see them all. I tried to fix it, but for some reason you didn't like it. The easiest solution is to use {{Userboxtop}} and {{Userboxbottom}}. Have it any way you want it. --Amir E. Aharoni 19:30, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

thanks for the advice, thats the way i like it (na na na)--Ifeldman84 20:13, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

FederationTower WIP picture wrong license

[edit]

Hello. You have recently uploaded picture [1] and posted in the license that the picture was made by you. It is not true. This WIP picture has been made by me over official scratch. So the license is wrong. Elk Salmon 16:48, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

rv'ing without a reason

[edit]

Feldman, with all due respect you cannot revert my edit twice in [2] (and once more in another article) without an edit summary, that's insulting and shows something about your personality. Yellow up 14:47, 11 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"yellow up" with this name i can more or less understand with whom am i talking to... i do think that Benny Sela is a prominent Arabian Jew, he is the reason for the entire mess that israel has been going throughout the former two weeks. and thats why he should be mentioned--Ifeldman84 19:33, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

But you can't revert an edit without an edit summary, you can't use such lame English ("Benny Sela, is an"; "the police had launched" - with no reason for this tense), and you can't revert an edit which two users reverted (Sirmy and myself) without discussing it first! Besides he shouldn't be here like Zeev Rosenstein shouldn't be in the Ashkenazis list. How can you compare Sela to the other Mizrahis in that list - Ofra Haza, Rita, Lev Levayev, Ovadia Yosef, etc? Yellow up 21:06, 13 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
next time, if you do a "revert" (as you claim) i will ask my friends to block you from editing the English wikipedia. end of discussion, dont try to edit my talk page--Ifeldman84 14:34, 14 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ask them now. You can't revert a reversion, made by two persons with a reason, without reasoning yourself. I returned the article to its static state and you should go to the discussion page, not revert the reversion. Yellow up 16:35, 14 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for a period of 24 hours because of disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our neutral point of view policy will not be tolerated. This edit in particular is a symptom of the problem; if there's no consensus on adding something that contentious, then adding it repeatedly without discussion, without using an edit summary, and while marking the edits as minor is unacceptable. | Mr. Darcy talk 16:56, 14 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I received your email, and your block has now expired anyway. I blocked you because of your behavior when inserting the disputed information - you hid these edits by leaving the edit summary field blank and marking your edits as minor, and you repeatedly reverted other users' removal of this information, while refusing to discuss it on talk pages and threatening to have another party to the dispute blocked. As to the content in question, I did not find any sources that refer to Sela as a Mizrahi Jew, and even if he is one, a serial rapist like Sela certainly does not qualify as "distinguished." | Mr. Darcy talk 01:56, 16 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Removing warnings

[edit]

Hi, I noticed that you blanked your talk page, but I restored the content because you had deleted several warnings and the above block notice, which should remain on your talk page. You may archive the content above if you choose; see Wikipedia:How to archive a talk page for more information on how to do that. Thanks. | Mr. Darcy talk 14:48, 19 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
