Style guidelines for sound pages

[edit]

Hello, IceKarma. Recently CyborgTosser and I discussed and came up with proposed style guidelines for all the individual consonant and vowel pages wherein the Occurrence section would have a table rather than a bulleted list. You can see the discussion here. So far nobody else has commented on the proposed guidelines and I believe it's safer to get a solid consensus before undergoing the work to change so many pages. If you could comment on what has been proposed, even if it's a simple yay or nay, this would help us out quite a bit. Thank you very much. Ƶ§œš¹ [aɪm ˈfɻɛ̃ⁿdˡi] 06:40, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Spoken article

[edit]

Hi. I've noticed that you appear to have been working on converting the article Gold standard into a spoken version for over six months now, according to your entry on the In Progress secton of Wikiproject Spoken Wikipedia. If you are no longer working on the article, please either remove yourself from the list, or notify me so I can do so, so other editors will know they can work on the article instead. If you don't reply within a week, I will assume you are no longer working on the article. Cheers, H4cksaw (talk) 21:52, 6 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Article Deletion

[edit]

Hi, I initiated the eClerx article which you put up for speedy deletion. Upon going through the cited guidelines I do not think you should have done that: I merely seeded the article and was going to expand on it. While I appreciate your diligence and contribution (it is people like you who make Wikipedia so great) please check the Talk page (http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Talk:Eclerx) and tell me if it makes sense. If you like you can have the reasoning questioned by users who have a bigger exposure to finance/derivatives/data analytics. Nshuks7 08:12, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Article Deletion: eClerx

[edit]

Hi, you have deleted the discussion i put here, presumably because you didn't want it on your page. Feel free to use my talk page http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/User_talk:Nshuks7 for this. I really want to know why the eClerx page is unacceptable and what I can do about it. (feel free to delete this :)

Matanuska tundra

[edit]

You recently removed the speedy delete tag from Matanuska tundra and I was wondering why? The article makes no claims of notability, which is why I placed the tag.-- JediLofty User ¦ Talk 10:14, 28 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ah. Thank you for that. I wasn't aware of the limitations. of WP:CSD#A7.-- JediLofty User ¦ Talk 11:00, 28 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I see no arguments presented for keeping it other than WP:ILIKEIT. Can you explain why you closed it as Keep? — Arthur Rubin | (talk) 13:53, 28 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Tone Costandi

[edit]

You just deleted this article per G4, which was inapplicable, because it had been speedily deleted before. Was this an oversight? Martijn Hoekstra (talk) 17:32, 28 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Squiggland

[edit]

The article Squiggland should not have been deleted. Please come and talk to me on my talk page to resolve this. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bobes66 (talkcontribs) 11:18, 29 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Why?

[edit]

Why did you delete my Pawns Of Politics page? It is important for many fans of the band/genre of music. The bot's reason was because of unimportance, but there are MILLIONS of articles that are completely useless. My page was for info on anyone interested in the new Genre that Pawns of Politics has created. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shredguitar17 (talkcontribs) 23:00, 3 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy redirect deletion

[edit]

Not really sure why you deleted the redirect at wi-fi cancer. I assume it pointed to Wireless electronic devices and health, though I can't check now. It seemed like a pretty reasonable search term for me - if you were trying to find an article on connections between wi-fi and cancer, that's basically what you'd type in, isn't it? *shrug* Stevage 02:05, 30 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for restoring it. Stevage 02:09, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hay you want to uhhmm... not delete that page because This page is used as a resource for those who want more information on AFJROTC or this particular detachment. And that the Information stated here is valid and things you would expect to find in enciclopedia. NV-20012 is does more than just what simple school club does (in fact it is not a club). It's a large organization with hundreds of people that do many things from classes, drill meets, To giving back to the community71.94.0.124 (talk) 02:24, 13 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Template:CREnumber

[edit]

As I suspected! There were more 'keeps' than 'deletes' on that discussion. (2 of them strong keeps) so you decided to keep it, then Arthur has a quick word & suddenly it's deleted.

There was actually no good reason to delete it other than I appear to have upset Arthur somehow. Seriously, he needs to get out more.
