Speedy deletion nomination of SakitMammadov
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on SakitMammadov, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. [edit]Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with SakitMammadov. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. Blocked as a sockpuppet
[edit]This account has been blocked indefinitely as a suspected sock puppet of Alven Rosenberg (talk · contribs · global contribs · page moves · user creation · block log) that was created to violate Wikipedia policy. Note that using multiple accounts is allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that all edits made while evading a block or ban may be reverted or deleted. If this is a sock puppet account, and your original account is blocked, please also note that banned or blocked users are not allowed to edit Wikipedia; and all edits made under this account may be reverted. If this account is not a sock puppet, and you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}} below. I repeat: I have one account, by which I created several Wiki-pages as: https://sr.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%91%D0%B0%D1%85%D1%82%D0%B8%D1%98%D0%B0%D1%80_%D0%92%D0%B0%D0%B3%D0%B0%D0%B1%D0%B7%D0%B0%D0%B4%D0%B5 https://sr.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A7%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%B3%D0%B8%D0%B7_%D0%90%D0%B1%D0%B4%D1%83%D0%BB%D0%B0%D1%98%D0%B5%D0%B2 I ask you to unblock me or give me objective reasons of locks Thanks P.S. In addition, I would like to note that I was asked to create a page of a WORLD famous artist-painter Sakit Mammadov, but administrators do not explain to me the reasons for refusing to publish the page, although the identity of the outstanding and award-winning, as evidenced by many references and sources Ibrahimovws (talk) 12:10, 25 February 2016 (UTC)
Decline reason:
In addition to sockpuppetry, we also prohibit meatpuppetry. There's no reason to unblock you if you're only here to create an article about a non-notable person who rented a booth in a shopping mall exhibition. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:16, 25 February 2016 (UTC)

Request reason:
"non-notable person" can present his works at the Louvre Museum? http://azerbaijanamericaalliance.org/news/louvre-showcases-paintings-of-legendary-azerbaijani-painter I have mare official links thats confirm artist achievement for wiki. In addition, even the placement of articles which does not fit the rules of the wiki is not a pretext for blocking the user. request to reconsider the decision. Ibrahimovws (talk) 16:51, 25 February 2016 (UTC)
Decline reason:
The Carrousel du Musee de Louvre is a shopping mall in the underground passage between the museum and the Metro. It is not within the museum and does not form part of the art collection. Booths in the carrousel can be hired, by artists among other commercial ventures. But you are blocked for sockpuppetry, which is the issue you must address in any future unblock request.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 12:29, 26 February 2016 (UTC)

- It is indeed a "pretext" to block a user when they repeatedly try to use Wikipedia to promote themselves despite being told notable times to stop. OhNoitsJamie Talk 18:14, 25 February 2016 (UTC)
