Information icon Hello, I'm AntiDionysius. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Limousine have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted; Wikipedia articles should be written objectively, using independent sources, and from a neutral perspective. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. AntiDionysius (talk) 16:58, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Ibrahim Bazed. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being employed (or being compensated in any way) by a person, group, company or organization to promote their interests. Paid advocacy on Wikipedia must be disclosed even if you have not specifically been asked to edit Wikipedia. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Ibrahim Bazed. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Ibrahim Bazed|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. AntiDionysius (talk) 16:58, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If you are the same Ibrahim Bazed who runs a digital marketing/SEO company out of Chicago, according to LinkedIn, that would be a quite clear case of paid editing. AntiDionysius (talk) 17:01, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
yes, This is Ibrahim Bazed (talk) 17:22, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Got it. Let's revise the response and intention without mentioning Pharaohs Luxury Transportation.
Response to AntiDionysius:
Hello AntiDionysius,
Thank you for your message and guidance.
I have updated my user page to disclose my paid editing as required. I have used the template to reflect my involvement with Eagles Media Enterprises.
My intention is to help my clients by providing accurate and verifiable information about their companies on Wikipedia. I understand the importance of neutrality and will propose any changes or additions on the relevant talk pages instead of editing articles directly.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards, Ibrahim Bazed
Explaining Your Intentions:
To explain your intentions clearly and align them with Wikipedia's guidelines, you might say:
I want to assist my clients by ensuring their companies are accurately represented on Wikipedia. This involves:
Proposing Accurate Information: Suggesting factual and verifiable information about their companies on the relevant Wikipedia talk pages.
Ensuring Neutrality: Maintaining a neutral point of view and relying on independent, reliable sources.
Transparency: Disclosing my paid relationship with my clients to maintain transparency and comply with Wikipedia's policies.
By doing this, I aim to contribute valuable information to Wikipedia while helping my clients. Ibrahim Bazed (talk) 17:27, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you , I do appreciate your help and support. I will make sure not to mention the name of any company next time. I’m still trying to learn the process also to learn more about the policy and requirements.
thank you again 2601:244:4684:3980:7D0F:684D:20F7:93E8 (talk) 23:45, 30 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Chauffeur. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion.
