We're not a place for original research

You wrote, "I have always wanted to put together what i've learned about leadership and personal development in a non biased way from books and training seminars I've attended". The problem is, that's original research and synthesis, which has no place in Wikipedia. We're a tertiary source of information, taking information already published in reliable sources.
