I make good edits, then am blocked for vandalism. Hiow is that vandalism? Then I make an account, and am blocked again. If you sincerely want to make Wikipedia a better encyclopedia, the whole account issue should not be that much of a problem. You seem to be relatively familiar with Wikipedia ("rvv" as an edit summary) and want to make it better. If this is the case, please edit constructively under another name. If you're here (or appearing in this form) to change policy, don't. You don't have any legal or ethical rights to edit Wikipedia. Neither do I. This website is provided kindly by the Wikimedia Foundation, and if you choose not to abide by the guidelines and policies, please don't come here.
