Hardly significant news coverage in the sense of multiple articles written on the subject (one source...), but I digress. --  IShadowed  ✰  07:33, 13 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Contested speedy deletion: The Stockholm Syndrome[edit]

Hello, just wanted to let you know that I have contested the speedy deletion tag you placed on The Stockholm Syndrome and have redirected the page to Stockholm syndrome. In order to qualify for A10 speedy deletion, one of the requirements is that the article title is not a plausible redirect to the article duplicated; in this case, I believe that the title is a plausible redirect. If you disagree, feel free to list at redirects for discussion. —KuyaBriBriTalk 22:09, 16 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion declined[edit]

I have removed the speedy deletion tag from Tom Schaar, being the first person to complete a 1080 (skateboarding) and participating in the X Games is a credible indication of importance. There are lots some reliable sources available at the 1080 page. I have removed the tag, wikified the article and added a reference to it. Also I would recommend waiting more than 5 minutes after creation before you tag an article for speedy deletion and cleanup, as per the message at the top of Special:NewPages.--kelapstick(bainuu) 00:56, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

ditto for Abraham I. Pressman. Indicating authorship of books is indicating plausible importance. please read or re-read WP:CSD and WP:Deletion Policy. The speedy deletion criteria are interpreted narrowly and literally as written. It is not a good idea to discourage new editors unnecessarily DGG ( talk ) 02:53, 17 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
