Hi everyone! Here are a few facts about myself. I live in California, I love animals, (though I prefer dogs) I love flying on a plane, I love reading, and that's it! If you need to message me, this is the place.

Genesis

[edit]

I'm afraid that Wikipedia is not the place to publish your own translations of bible books, like your article Genesis_Chapter_1. Please note that articles ABOUT Genesis already exist, and that Wikipedia has a guideline about content forks (more than one article about the same topic). See WP:CONTENTFORK.Mduvekot (talk) 03:23, 10 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Genesis Chapter 1

[edit]

Hi, I redirected your article to Genesis Creation narrative. Wikipedia is not the place for a self-published Bible translation. Wikisource might be a good place to go if you have public domain content that could be contributed here. TonyBallioni (talk) 03:14, 10 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

As I said above, I have made it so when people search for Genesis Chapter 1 it will send people to the creation narrative page. Wikipedia is not a place to publish a translation of the Bible. It is an encyclopedia, which means it is a tertiary source, not a translation of a primary source. TonyBallioni (talk) 03:51, 10 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
