Speedy deletion nomination of Wolfeboro Camp School
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Wolfeboro Camp School requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ɯɐɔ 💬 13:18, 13 April 2017 (UTC)

Regarding your revert of my removal of a bit on the above article:
- Incomprehensible is most certainly an explanation. There is no such word as "leaver". If what you are trying to say is "Students have matriculated to X school", per school article guidelines we do not include that information and even if we did, your sources in no way verified that.
- An editor does NOT have to start a discussion on the talk page to remove newly added material. However, you DO have to start a discussion, and gain consensus for it, before you replace it. The position you expressed in your edit summary is a strong indicator of an attitude of ownership, which is disruptive.
- In order for a person to be included in a notable alumni section (no matter what you call it), it must be verified that they are notable (which is shown by them having a biography on Wikipedia) and that they have attended the school. Only two of the people you added are notable, and there were no references in their bios that verified their attendance.
You have been editing almost exclusively school articles since you started, and the vast majority of your edits have been unacceptable. If you want help, please ask. If you want to continue to edit in the way you've been editing, please find another subject. You are wasting far too much of other editor's time. John from Idegon (talk) 19:21, 31 July 2017 (UTC)

Hello, Hyungjoo98. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Brandon Snee, for deletion because I don't think it meets our criteria for inclusion. If you don't want the article deleted:
- edit the page
- remove the text that looks like this:

Also, be sure to explain why you think the article should be kept in your edit summary or on the article's talk page. If you don't do so, it may be deleted later anyway.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions.

The article Richard C. Squires has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
No indication of notability. Sources do not support, and searches find nothing better.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — Insertcleverphrasehere (or here) 03:15, 10 February 2018 (UTC)
Major edit for Matthew Meigs
[edit]Hello, Hyungjoo98,
Thank you for your work and your interest in Meigs, his life, his career, and legacy. I am also interested and am preparing a major edit, substantially enlarging the article. I expect to post it in a day or so. I hope you will approve of my work. For now, I am trying to keep the article narrowly focused on those parts of his life which make him notable by Wikipedia standards to ensure that the article passes muster with other editors. Therefore, I left out the details about the Cottage Seminary and the Hobart Mansion which are interesting but not relevant to notability. Perhaps this information can be added back in in the future. Along the same lines, you will see that I didn’t use "The Master of The Hill" or Chancellor’s "History of the Hill School" as source material because the first was written by someone closely associated with the school, and the second was actually published by the school. This could lead critics to question the independence of those sources.
So, thank you again for getting this page started. Nancyhmarshall (talk) 18:58, 15 March 2018 (UTC)
The article Max Denmark has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced.
