Request reason:

Who the heck is Wosiyiweizongguoren, or whatever his name is? I never knew his name until today. I do not intend to abuse Wikipedia; which of my actions imply that I do? I'm here to improve the encyclopedia, not to goof off and add nonsense.

User:Zzuuzz My block reason says that "Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively." This account has been registered for many months, and I take a break from it, only to return, make a few edits, and get blocked? Can someone please explain to me what the heck is going on?
