License tagging for Image:NYPDHD.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:NYPDHD.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

When you are done go to the talk page of that article and removed {{WPLE| class=Stub}} the bit in bold and another editor will be along to see how well you have done and reassess the article to a much higher class.

NYPD Highway Patrol

Howdy there, I see you've added material to the New York City Police Department Highway Patrol page, and that you're well-sourced seeing as your a veteran of that unit. I've touched up the page a bit this afternoon and moved the AUX section down the page in respect of sworn members as you requested. Seeing as you're a former member of HWY, I'm sure you have some other suggestions, too, and I'd say you should have final say on what goes into the article; what do you think? Let me know if any of the other material on the page is correct as I tried to cobble together info from limited sources. Thanks, and thanks for your service Sol. v.
