Copy and pasting

[edit]

We run "copy and paste" detection software on new edits. One of your edits appear to be infringing on someone else's copyright. See also Wikipedia:Copy-paste. We at Wikipedia usually require paraphrasing. If you own the copyright to this material please follow the directions at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials to grant license. You seem to have a misconception about how Wikipedia works. If you want to give permission for your web site to be used as a source, you follow the directions above, meaning Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. However, your web site is not independent and surely does not have a neutral point of view, so it will not be all that useful as a source. Only after notability is established can your web site even be used, and even then only for non-controversial information. The article Costello Tagliapietra must have independent reliable sources, and paraphrasing is the way we use most sources. If you intend to continue working on the article, you must disclose your conflict of interest.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 17:56, 24 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
