@Hubbasink: - really nice expansion here. A few things you could still work on.

  • It would improve the flow, I think, to have an "Early life and education" section which covers the first two paragraphs of the "Personal life" section and the education section, and split her marriages, children and death into a personal life section lower down.
  • The fourth paragraph of the "Personal life" section could use improvement. (I realise it isn't your work, but some simple edits would improve the writing a lot.
  • For instance, years later, she became the Legislative Director of the American Labor Party in Brooklyn, editing a newspaper and speech writing - if this worth mentioning here, is it also work mentioning in the "Career" section?
  • In the "Education" section, Greene’s father enrolled his children, Greene and twin siblings seems like it's missing something. "Green and her twin siblings" would flow better, as would "Greene and twin siblings [name] and [name]".
  • Also in the "Education" section, dates would be helpful - when she attended Berkeley School, when she entered Barnard. None of this is essential, but if you have them handy or can find them easily, it would help contextualise things.
  • In the "Career" section, you mention a lot of terms ("existential education", "aesthetic education", etc.) that might not be familiar to the average reader. Outside of the concepts you explain further down the page, if any of these have articles, I would recommend linking the terms. For the ones that you go into in more depth
  • Things like the "Department of the Philosophy of Education" shouldn't be italicised. Wikipedia is particular where italics should be used - things like species names and book titles are fine, but most other things should not be italicised.
  • Can you say more about her experience with gender bias? Despite the gender biases that Greene originally faced seems like it should reference something earlier in the article. If you can't, or don't have time, it's better to explicitly state that she did experience gender bias. Stylistically, direct statements are preferable on Wikipedia.
  • I think the "works about Greene" section is fine. The "Additional resources" could go in a "further reading" section if you want. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 13:57, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
