Actually the article isn't about the promation purpose.

The article contains information about newly launched Crypto currency and their blockchain named Alpha coins and Alpha Blockchain.

We didn't use any promotional type of content here.

we write this content if people want to know about that What Alpha Blockchain is?

thus they can read the information about Alpha Blockchain on wikipedia.

This is just information not promotion messages.

Firstly, your use of "we" leads me to believe you're affiliated with this, in which case you would likely be engaged in paid editing without having made the required disclosures. And it's not a question of "part"; the whole thing was promotional. If I were to unblock you, it would be with the condition that you do not do any further writing about Alpha Blockchain, and Wikipedia is in any case not the place to "get the word out" about some new project. If you are interested in editing something else, I might be willing to unblock you to do that, but you clearly are not capable of writing neutrally about that particular subject, nor, likely, is it even notable to begin with.
