You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Inpiscinate. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If that proves unsuccessful you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Dr.K. logos 04:05, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Pisced off

[edit]
I am sorry if there has been a problem with me editing "inpiscinate". This page was created in an attempt by my teacher to see if we could spread this word across the internet. Please let this page stay, it is only for a class project. I don't see any problem with it, I mean, who is going to see it anyway? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hossmonkey585 (talkcontribs) 04:12, 19 August 2009 (UTC) (Originally this message to Tasoskessaris.)[reply]

Wikipedia is not for things that you have made up and is not to be used to try and promote a neologism. Please pass that message on to SofiG. (talk · contribs · email) (who created inspiscinate) and Vandyfan402 (talk · contribs · email). If your teacher really did make the suggestion, please tell them from me that their action was reprehensible and they should be ashamed of their self. If you want to promote the word, go to one of these places. — RHaworth (Talk | contribs) 09:32, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Who is going to see it anyway?" Six editors saw it and commented. Worse, Google has seen it. It has also seen your childish comments in Pandora: here and on other pages. You really do not deserve it but I have used it for you in this zogg blog posting. Keep watching Google - the number of hits has doubled in the last ten hours. — RHaworth (Talk | contribs) 19:00, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • I just want ot aplogize for creating the controversy, no I am not the teacher, but I created the page.Vandyfan402 (talk) 23:38, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
    • I just want to thank you for giving us the links to those other nonsense webpages. I agree that is probably the best place for us to start. Sorry again for any controversy. Hossmonkey585
    • I also like the page which I have a feeling you had something to do with that says how to get something onto Wikipedia. That should help us. I agree we should not have started with Wikipedia, but maybe now we can spread the word the right way without causing a problem. Hossmonkey585

Which page "that says how to get something onto Wikipedia"? You do not need to reveal your identities but at least tell us in which country you kids are. I have also noted the entry for "inpiscinate" in Wiktionary. — RHaworth (Talk | contribs) 08:23, 20 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Of course it makes no difference where you are from - I was just interested. Of course Wiktionary and Wikipedia are connected - see the main page. I forgot to mention Urban Dictionary which will take your word eagerly. And as far as Wikimedia is concerned, I have dropped the matter already. — RHaworth (Talk | contribs) 20:35, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for suggesting the Urban Dictionary. We'll be sure to use it. Sorry again for any problem, we meant absolutely no harm by creating that page. Hossmonkey585
