Hi. I see you've decided to create a separate article for nonbinary where it before redirected to genderqueer. It's not clear to me that this is the right thing to do since the first sentence of the genderqueer article specifically lists "nonbinary" as a synonym. I claim no expertise on the subject but people who watch the "genderqueer" article probably do and I think it would make sense to seek their opinion on whether or not to spin-off "nonbinary" (and "non-binary") as an entirely separate article. You can do this by creating a discussion on the talk page of the article (Talk:Genderqueer). In the meantime, you can still work on your proposal for the "nonbinary" article in the Draft namespace which might help in convincing people that the creation of this article is the right way to go. For now, I will revert the original redirect to genderqueer. If you have any questions, leave me a message here or on my talk page. You might also be able to get help at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject LGBT studies or by simply adding to the present page the text {{help me}} followed by your question. It appears that you have been stealth canvassing— Contacting users off-wiki to persuade them to join in discussions of an ongoing community decision, debate, or vote—in order to influence Genderqueer. While friendly notices are allowed on-wiki, they should be limited and nonpartisan in distribution and should reflect a neutral point of view. Please do not post notices which are indiscriminately cross-posted, which espouse a certain point of view or side of a debate, which are selectively sent only to those who are believed to hold the same opinion as you, or which are non-transparent because they are sent off-wiki. Remember to respect Wikipedia's principle of consensus-building by allowing decisions to reflect the prevailing opinion among the community at large. Thank you. This message is in response to stealth canvassing at Twitter. Mathglot (talk) 20:08, 4 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
