Hello Hoerspieljoe -- Another editor seems to have moved this draft into mainspace erroneously. I've moved it back to draftspace (Draft:Sean David Lowe) for you to continue to work on, as it does not look as if the sources provided support the claim of charting songs, and the other material currently present does not claim enough importance to avoid immediate deletion. If you wish to move the draft into mainspace, you will need to provide reliable independent sources for the subject's musical career, and particularly the claim of songs that charted in Europe.
