It very much depends on the reviewer, there isn't a general policy. Some start from the front, whilst some start from the middle or the back, which is slightly more difficult as the easy reviews (obvious spam etc) have already been done. ~~ OxonAlex - talk 18:13, 11 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
