HI there,

Thanks so much for reviewing my page 'Steve Dub'.

However I believe you have wrongfully rejected it on the basis that Steve is a musician in The Chemical Brothers. This isn't true, he is not a musician, he has engineered and mixed their albums, along with countless albums for other artists in his illustrious career. I only highlighted his work with the Chemical Brothers as he received 3 x Grammy's for this work, which is is an impressive award in itself. I believe it would be wrong to not recognise him for this. If you check any other Grammy winners, you will notice that for each award there is an award that goes to the artist, the producer and the engineer. As the producers and engineers are not musicians in the band, they are completely independent, however they are always recognised for their creative contribution.

I was just looking at this page as an example for the producer Steve Osborne and wonder why this is any different to Steve Dub's in terms of Notability.

Thanks in advance for your time and best wishes

Thank you for the review. I am trying to understand how to add references or webpages to support the notability of the company I have submitted to Wikipedia for consideration but I am not clear on how to add the sources, citations or references. I find the platform to do so confusing. Please help.

Hey Chief I'm doing some research on the topic. there is more to follow. This is not an easy achievement for drivers to accomplish, so I feel a separate and distinct page from the two comprising races is a cromulent page. 38.101.20.2 (talk) 18:21, 9 September 2016 (UTC)

Hey thanks for the comment! I didn't know about the RSA, seems to me like the whole section on affiliations was unnecessary, I removed it. Omnipodin (talk) 14:46, 18 September 2016 (UTC)

I went through the checklist at WP:BIO and the article seems to me it fits the criteria. Could you please be specific on what is missing? Omnipodin (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 14:57, 18 September 2016 (UTC)

Hi, Thanks for reviewing my contribution. It's my first one and I am not sure why the entry is being rejected a second time. I've included several references of the individual's speaking engagements (including a TED talk) as well as a link to the magazine he edits and writes for. I've also included articles done by various news outlets about his work. Could you provide me some further insight? Thank you! KathrynToope (talk) 19:12, 27 September 2016 (UTC)

Comment: Please re-read WP:BIO. In this, it's written that "trivial coverage of a subject by secondary sources may not be sufficient to establish notability." The references you provided do not provide third-party coverage of this person. In fact, many of these just link to articles written by this person or a listing of entries that lists this person. References that lists his speaking engagement do not support "significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject."
