move Pinelands and Goodwood sites to List of heritage sites near Cape Town

Hi, I am not sure what districts you are talking about when you say that Goodwood and Pinelands are not in the Cape Town district, but if you're going to call it "List of heritage sites near Cape Town" then it is appropriate to put Goodwood and Pinelands there rather than on the generic Western Cape page.
