Speedy deletion nomination of Building Giants

I see that at Talk:Building Giants you wrote "This page is not unambiguously promotional, because..." and then went on to say several things, of which a typical example is "To make people aware about the Contribution of Indian Architectural Publications". Writing in order to "make people aware" of the "contribution", i.e. to publicise that "contribution", is promotional writing. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 13:11, 20 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I want to create a page 'Building Giants' to aware the people about the quarterly magazine “ Building Giants” an information source for the architectural community . Content of Building Giants includes very informative and important information about Conservation of architectural monuments, practicing architecture and design within the legal framework of Indian Government, Gap bridging of Theory and Practical form of architecture and design.
