Hello, thanks for the reply and the feedback provided. Sorry if I messed some things up, I'm new to Wikipedia editing.
I'm not sure if you know but there have been reports that the ethnic militias in Manipur have been using drones against each other in clashes, with drone strikes being recorded using either homemade explosives or those that have been looted from weapons caches. (Check a few links for these down below)
https://thediplomat.com/2024/09/conflict-in-indias-manipur-takes-new-turn-with-drone-attacks/
https://www.independent.co.uk/asia/india/manipur-ethnic-conflict-india-northeast-b2614897.html
I know this is probably not the right place to chuck these points over and I wouldnt be surprised if it isn't, but when you have time, can you please accommodate in the "methods"section on the Manipur riots cover page you are editing, something on drone striking/strike?
Thanks for the reply. Cheers and God Bless. Hemzk (talk) 14:31, 19 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The drone strikes issues are heavily contested. The Manipur Police claimed that they had occurred and the Army denied it, including the Army chief who called it "false information". So better stay away from it.
Your edit added "Meitei militias" and "Kuki militias". There are no doubt Meitei militias by the names of Arambai Tenggol and Meitei Leepun, but no such militias have been mentioned on the Kuki side. So equalising the two sides is contentious as well. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 00:19, 21 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
ohh right right, understandable.
Thanks and God bless. Hemzk (talk) 05:17, 21 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
