I moved content from the overly long lead to a Current practices section. The Conferences section needs at least one reference. A company's own website, press releases, interviews with senior management are not considered useful toward confirming notability, as those are primary sources. Preference is for references written about the organization by people with no connection with the organization. That said, a company website can be used as a reference for simple facts, such as the location of headquarters, number of employees, etc. David notMD (talk) 20:02, 12 May 2021 (UTC)
