Proposed deletion of Mimi Kajiru Shinuchi

The article Mimi Kajiru Shinuchi has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable. I keep redirecting and some IP user and another user keep reverting it. One claimed it's notable because "the band is on tour".

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
