Notability of Sound Factory (band)

[edit]

Thanks for your message on my talk page. You asked me about removal of the notability and neutrality tags? I think the neutrality tag should stay for the present time because I suspect someone close (perhaps a member?) to the band is doing a lot of edits? A lot of POV has been removed but future edits need to be watched closely. The neutrality tag will help alert editors to possible problems. As for notability, have you checked Wikipedia:Notability (music)#Criteria for musicians and ensembles? I'm not concerned with individual band members notability. This article is about the band. Notability needs to be established for the band and if you follow that link you will find 12 criteria points. Which of those twelve criteria points do you propose that the article has addressed? The notability one, to my knowledge, I didn't remove, and it would appear I did not. With regard to the neutrality, I corrected it myself, so...

Then again, if you see POV statements, do feel free to remove them. I am human, after all. Asenine (talk)(contribs) 17:19, 8 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
