Speedy deletion declined: Draft:Metripoll

Hello HeartGlow30797. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Draft:Metripoll, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: A7 only applies to pages in the main (article) namespace, not to drafts. Thank you. Jackmcbarn (talk) 03:03, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! I just created my account today. I've read the tutorials, but I need further guidance. Would you consider adopting me? I'm interested in reverting vandalism and copy editing, for now, but I'd like to contribute something of my own someday. Thank you :)

Of cource, I will adopt you and supervise you! I will exempt you from my wikibreak! Mr. Heart (talk) 16:28, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Unsoruced what?

The text that you restored wasn't sourced itself. Why restore it, and then leave a message saying that my edit was unsoruced, when I was removing unsourced material? 1+1=yes (talk) 13:10, 1 October 2020 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 1+1=yes (talkcontribs) [reply]

Yes, please explain why you thought restoring this version with an email address in it was appropriate. And why you removed most of 1+1=yes’ talk page in warning him. only (talk) 13:19, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know how I removed most of his talk page, my apologies. I think I meant to do the opposite. Thanks for alerting me! Happy editing! Mr. Heart (talk) 16:26, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
HeatGlow30797, come on, please stop. You absolutely need to slow down with automated edits, rollback, Twinkle, automated scripts, and so on, and perhaps switch to manual only edits for a while. The edit on Stewart Nozette you have rolled back here was a perfectly correct edit of 1+1=yes who had reverted a spam IP edit. Your rollback restored that spam IP edit. The "Please email catspawsn@gmail.com for additional information" bit should have been enough of a clue here. I am not sure what you were trying to do there but the result of your rollback was definitely unconstructive. Please note that Wikipedia:Rollback is a user right that can be removed if it not used properly. Nsk92 (talk) 13:29, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I will do better to slow down, I am on a bad streak lately and I think I will take a break from Wikipedia and come back with a fresh mind! Thanks all! Mr. Heart (talk) 16:26, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I saw you on the list of trainers at the academy. As you can see from my user page, I am about to start work on a new anti-vandalism bot. I am trying to become more involved in anti-vandalism activity. Will you consider having me as an apprentice? Sam at Megaputer (talk) 14:27, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sam at Megaputer, I would recommend User:Cassiopeia. I am not accepting any new people! However, she is accepting and is an admin. I am a novice teacher and am only doing one person at a time! She is an admin and probably more experienced in creating a bot! Thank you for considering me for being your teacher! Leave a message on my talk page if you need extended help. This is a link to Cassiopeia's talk page: User talk:Cassiopeia. Heart (talk) 03:18, 5 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Cassiopeia is not an admin, and I am not sure it's known that they are a "she". Regards! Usedtobecool ☎️ 03:36, 5 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Usedtobecool, I'm thinking of her trainer. However, she/he is still very good from reviewing past trainees and accepting. Heart (talk) 03:39, 5 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! I'll do that. Sam at Megaputer (talk) 13:29, 5 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You really do not need to reply blatant trolling such as this, doing so would be exacerbating the problem because it would be acknowledging them(the trolls) & giving them the attention they desperately desire. Simply reverting them should be the best course of action anytime. Celestina007 (talk) 18:17, 5 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I kindly ask for your help to keep wikipedia obectiv. Me personal, or a article I wrote is under attack. I am not sure why but it seams there is one 1 Guy and maybe some friends of him which try to manipulate. As a Group or so. They stalking me and try to throw dirt at me and my article. This guy seam to do nearly nothing then stalking me. He comes up everywhere. I am not sure if its against me or someting in my article "they" dont like. Not sure if it is because I am female, if they dont like the person I wrote about, if they dont like jews in general or just dont like girls in motorsport. I have no Idea. Since nearly 2 month they allways try new stuff to say bad stuff about me or the article. One point is over then they try next. With this nice anti WP Bio Edit without sources everthing started. https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Michel_von_Tell&diff=980267392&oldid=979733489

Its mainly in this well sourced article Michel von Tell it seams. clearly notable and every single sentence got 1-2 ref. Much better and much more then most other records. See for example here.

I would need some help. Can you please have a neutral look on this article so I get some NEUTRAL support against this guys and against unfair use of wikipedia. So it stays nice and objectiv. They start one debate after next. Soon 2 moths now. Didnt work, ok try next thing. I guess someone just dont like the guy personal or something in the article and try with some friends to damage it. Maybe I am wrong but it sure would be a good thing if 10-20 indipendent people will have a neutral short look at this so there is no manipulation possible and WP stays objectiv. And there is a fair end of this thing. Thank you very much for helping me 5 min. I feel very alone there and very bad treaded. Whatever I do to solve problems they just come with a new "topic".:( --BIanca617 (talk) 02:41, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

See on my talk page. They attack me again and again. I always try to be nice and indsolutions and they just start next attack :( --BIanca617 (talk) 02:50, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Leaving SPI notices

[edit]

The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made on the appropriate discussion page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

Hi, I noticed that you've been leaving talk page notices for the subjects of SPIs that other people have filed. It is not required to inform users that you have filed a SPI on them and often there are good reasons why someone would choose not to do so. See [1]: Notification isn’t mandatory, and in some cases it may be sub-optimal. Use your best judgement. If the person filing the report chose not to notify the suspected accounts, you should respect their decision. Thanks, Spicy (talk) 13:27, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Spicy, I have just been notified of this on IRC. I will take this note into consideration! Thanks! Heart (talk) 13:28, 9 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Accused of sock puppetry

@HeartGlow30797: Hi there. I got a message from you saying I've been accused of sock puppetry. I'm quite new to editing wikipedia so I'm not fully clear on what all the terms mean and exactly who is accusing me of it. My understanding is that it isn't you who is accusing me, is that right? It's someone else and you are just letting me know, is that right?

I intend deny the accusation through the proper channels, but before I do I just wanted to check that I had understood that part properly. I'd be grateful if you could clarify that for me. Many thanks in advance Welsh Hamlet (talk) 05:58, 11 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Would it be OK to remove the discussion Eyebeller started on my RPERM?

Hi HeartGlow, thanks for your input earlier. It looks like Eyebeller has been persistent in the unwelcome commentary and has gone silent after I asked them to remove the unconstructive discussion they started on my RPERM. Since you have been around much longer than I have, I thought I’d ask you if I am prohibited from removing the thread myself? I’ve been very patient with all this and I just want my request to be evaluated on my merits, not by influence from uncalled-for meddling. Thanks Zing(Talk!) 04:56, 14 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
