Hello. I have created this draft about My Policeman, a 2012 novel set in Brighton. However, I can only find three reviews. Do you think that would be sufficient to move it to a proper article? I could try to expand the plot summary, but I don't see what else I could do. Perhaps you would be able to find more reviews in a British library? I hope you can help.Zigzig20s (talk) 13:50, 10 October 2014 (UTC)
- I've moved it to a proper article after consulting with WP Novels.Zigzig20s (talk) 18:53, 6 December 2014 (UTC)
DYK for Libraries in Brighton and Hove
On 10 December 2014, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Libraries in Brighton and Hove, which you recently created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that libraries in Brighton and Hove include a former pub, a former vicarage, and part of a lido? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Libraries in Brighton and Hove. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

Hello. Can we please move forward with this, this year?Zigzig20s (talk) 18:53, 6 December 2014 (UTC)
- I think a referenced start would be fine. It doesn't have to be extremely thorough at first.Zigzig20s (talk) 14:02, 18 December 2014 (UTC)

Hey I don't mind your amendments - I only only have access to limited resources so what you have done is excellent. In your article you have said that Plummer Roddis took over Brighton department store set up by Sharman Drapery - was that the trading name? Also where did you get this infor so I can add it to Plummer Roddis.

Mile Oak Library
Has the Mile Oak Library been demolished? I was just looking at Libraries in Brighton and Hove and it's the only one missing, but is it gone gone gone?Zigzig20s (talk) 11:08, 24 December 2014 (UTC)
- Nice. Make sure to take a picture of the school too, as it has its own page. (Is the school notable enough to have its own page?) I may move back to Brighton and then I would help out more, but I am not sure there would be a job for me...Zigzig20s (talk) 12:03, 24 December 2014 (UTC)
- Btw, I am trying to figure where this is--on North Street apparently--I have never seen it. Would you be able to take a bigger picture (with the surrounding buildings/doors so that I can see please? I love your picture about the White Company as well--I had never looked up to see the inscription somehow! Wow!Zigzig20s (talk) 11:07, 26 December 2014 (UTC)
Hello again. I have just read your wonderful article about the Percy and Wagner Almshouses. Thank you for creating it. Do you think we would be able to find out who Margaret Marriot was? And are you sure her name was not Margaret Marriott instead? Moreover, do you think we would be able to find out more about Dorothea Percy and Philadelphia Percy? Finally, are you planning on creating a page on Hanover Crescent? That should be fairly easy. There is already some info on Google. Thanks again.Zigzig20s (talk) 12:30, 26 December 2014 (UTC)
