[edit]

User: Kww Dear User: Kww, I am sorry for making unconstructive edits for Wikipedia. For the last couple days, I've been thinking about this block and I now realize that my edits are incorrect. The only reason I removed the information off of HAIM's awards page, was because, I thought doing so would make it cleaner and I didn't think every award they have won should be listed. I understand that was wrong and I AM SORRY. I hope you can forgive me and unblock me. Thank you, User: Hashtagggsss

Dear User: Kww I am waiting for an answer

I'm not persuaded that unblocking you is in Wikipedia's best interests. I'd be more comfortable if you waited a couple of years and tried again. If you want another administrators opinion, follow the instructions in your block notice about how to use {{unblock}} and another administrator will review your block.—Kww(talk) 06:06, 17 March 2015 (UTC)

Dear User: Kww, a couple of years is way to long, I have already refrained from Wikipedia editing for I week. Is this really the way you want to go? I have been nothing but nice to you, and I would expect you to do the same. Why don't you just give me one more chance and if you have to block me again, I will understand. User: Hashtagggsss

Like I said, you can use {{unblock}} to request another admin to unblock you. I haven't seen anything from your edits that makes me believe that you are capable of improving Wikipedia at this time. Another administrator may feel differently.—Kww(talk) 18:49, 17 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dear User: Kww I would really like if if you are willing to unblock me. I really am sorry for my recent edits. The truth is I am really new to Wikipedia, and I am really warming up to it, and I apologize for mistakes I've made. Can you please give me one last chance to improve Wikipedia? Thank You, User: Hashtagggsss User: Kww I am still waiting for an answer

Dear User: Kww I know you don't want to unblock me and I promise if you do unblock me, I will never make another edit again and I'm not kidding. It's been a while, and I have decided to leave Wikipedia. I just really don't want to leave with a block so, can you please unblock me? User: Hashtagggsss

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 01:56, 19 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at List of awards and nominations received by Ariana Grande. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.

  • If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
  • If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. With your nonconstructive edits, you are not helping the article or yourself, so kindly stop. You can use your knowledge to improve the article instead of indulging in edit war. --FrankBoy (Buzz) 21:57, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

User: Kww

Was that an effort to ping me? If so, you need to sign it before it works, like [[User: Kww]]~~~~. It would also be best if you explained exactly why you pinged me. It would appear that another editor objected to you removing a list of awards from the infobox. When I look at the article, it would appear that the awards you removed from the infobox are present in the article and are properly cited. Is there something I'm missing?—Kww(talk) 06:25, 24 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistent disruptive editing. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

Kww(talk) 05:38, 3 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dear User: Kww I am quite disturbed by this block because, I have consistantly warned you to stay away from my user page. I have not added any wrong information for List of awards and nominations received by Ariana Grande in fact I have not edited this page for a while, so I don't think this block is important. I do not need to read any of these appeal blocks pages and shame on you for thinking that this block is a good idea. You are by far, the worst Wikipedia editor I have ever seen.

Last night, you once again removed correctly cited and sourced data from List of awards and nominations received by Ariana Grande, after having been warned above. I also don't understand exactly why you think you can ask an administrator to stop examining your edits and communicating with you. What, precisely, do you think administrators do?—Kww(talk) 16:06, 3 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dear User: Kww the reason I asked to stop communicating with me because I'm tired of going on and on with this topic. I have decided that I will refrain from editing the page for List of awards and nominations received by Ariana Grande if you will please be ethical and unblock me.

You remain blocked because you show no sign of understanding why you are blocked. Unless and until you persuade me or another admin that you will cease adding unsourced material to articles about living people and stop removing sourced material from articles without reason, your block will remain in effect. It's got nothing to do with Ariana Grande in particular, or with whether you are "tired" of discussing your edits.—Kww(talk) 23:51, 3 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

User: Kww I understand why I was blocked and it is actually for a good reason. I am sorry for not listening to your warnings. You are right that I have removed correctly cited and courced data. If you'll unblock me, I will promise to make correct and beneficial edits for pages like List of awards and nominations received by Ariana Grande 😃. Thank you User: Hashtagggsss

So, a little Q&A to make certain: please go read WP:V and tell me whose responsibility it is to add sources. I'd like to see you quote it.—Kww(talk) 04:45, 4 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

User: Kww, It is my responsability to add a citation to every edit I make about a living person. As said in the article, "All material in Wikipedia mainspace, including everything in articles, lists, and captions, must be verifiable." User: Hashtagggsss

It's lifted. Please don't make me regret it.—Kww(talk) 05:51, 4 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Once again, you have removed awards from the infobox when the information was present and correctly sourced in the article. What are you doing? It would appear that you are repeating exactly the same kind of edits that I just blocked you for.—Kww(talk) 19:24, 6 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dear User: Kww, I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I have not edited the List of awards and nominations received by Ariana Grande for a while, and I definitely have not edited that page since I have been blocked. I think you have the wrong person.

You have edited List of awards and nominations received by Haim. Click this link (which was also in the message above), examine the edit that you made, and explain it. If you edit again before explaining, you will be blocked from editing.—Kww(talk) 20:04, 6 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dear User: Kww, my edits for Haim's awards page were made because, I felt the page did not look as organized as other awards pages, like Ariana Grande's awards page for example. I felt that I improved the grammar for the page, but I did remove some of the a awards from the Infobox list. I also did not make any of the same mistakes that I was blocked for (citing). If you did not like some of my edits, you can feel free to remove them and add the correct information, or you can just inform me that my edits were wrong and I could change them myself. 😊 Thank You, User: Hashtagggsss

You were blocked for two reasons, which, if you took the time to read my warnings you would know:
  1. Adding information without correct citations
  2. Removing correctly cited information without explanation or justification
You once again removed correctly cited information from the article without justification. "Why did you do that?" is my question. My statement is you must stop doing that. Do not remove correctly cited information from articles without a good explanation in the edit summary.—Kww(talk) 14:47, 7 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I said I would block you if you continued to edit without explaining. I wish you hadn't done that, but here we are. Once again, why did you remove correctly cited information from an article without providing justification?Kww(talk) 02:17, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dear User: Kww, I do not no what you are talking about. The only edit I have made since the last time you talked on my user page, was for the list of most successful artists of all time page. The only thing I did was I added a new picture, and removed the old one. Replacing a picture, is not the same thing as removing correctly cited information, and if you're telling me that is, I added a little note saying that the picture may be replaced with the other picture. Besides that, I haven't done any editing for a while. I'm starting to feel like I can't edit Wikipedia anymore because of you, and now Wikipedia cannot be improved. Thank You, User: Hashtagggsss

I've asked the same question multiple times, and you never answer it. Your edit to Haim's award page removed correctly cited information. I said that if you edited again without explaining why you did that, I would put your block back in place. So, for the fourth time: why did you remove correctly cited information from Haim's award page?Kww(talk) 02:46, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

User: Kww because, I wanted to make it neater. I didn't think removing some of the information was a very big deal.

That's a very unsatisfactory answer. I need some time to think about what to do next. In the meantime, if you want to try using {{unblock}}, you can, but I'm not seeing sufficient competence here to unblock right now.—Kww(talk) 02:55, 11 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
