Philippine railways-related topics, and Manila-Clark Railway project

This is something I am being updating, but Philippine rail transport-related articles looks worse, and topics like this are being less concentrated on, making me believe that bias on several Philippines-related topics are present, like on the ongoing Marawi crisis. I made updates to "Rail transport in the Philippines", regarding the proposed subway, now approved and called the Mega Manila Subway, and the now-approved Manila-Clark Railway, but I need help on this. @Hariboneagle927: Haven't you noticed this? While I have read broadsheets regarding those projects, anyone who can help with my improvements may help, like you. Development of rail transport in the Philippines, one of Duterte's projects under his "build-build-build" policy, are not covered, and it looks like it was overshadowed by coverage about Marawi, somehow some kind of bias here.-TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 10:45, 28 June 2017 (UTC)
