Request reason:

Both accounts written by same person(Anonymous) and not by the Artist himself and initially wrongly used the Artist name to open the account as still new to Wikipedia. No intention to abuse usage of wikipedia

Decline reason:

As noted at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Balan Raj/Archive, this appears to be "deceptive sockpuppetry to avoid the autobiography concerns".
