Replying to your comment at top of page: No there is no UNESCO "report" on Hamadani, what you keep linking (and me removing) is only a list of festivals in different countries on UNESCO website which happened to include an entry on a Hamadani festival in Tajikistan that year. Read this: WP:RS. Your continuous pushing Hamadani everywhere over the last year have been a real annoyance.
