[edit]How i open protect lock Hamadani suffism (talk) 16:50, 2 June 2018 (UTC)
- New users can not directly edit the page - that is why it is locked. You can request an edit, and an experience editor will consider making the requested change. The simplest approach for edit requests for fully protected, template-protected or semi-protected pages is to use the View source tab on that page and use the "Submit an edit request" link at the bottom right; this automatically loads the correct talk page template. Any edit request must be accompanied by a detailed and specific description of what changes need to be made. Clearly indicate which sections or phrases should be replaced or added to, and what they should be replaced with or have added. For instance, you can ask: "Please change "XXXX" to "YYYY", or please add "XXXXX" toi the end of the third paragraph. Requests such as "He is an important man who helps people" are not specific and can not be acted upon. for more help please look at our edit request help page. Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:
- Respect copyrights – do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view – this is one of Wikipedia's core policies.
- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or abuse of multiple accounts.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.
The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Hamadani
[edit]I suggest you stop adding Hamadani's name to articles. Your additions are all unsourced and you are not improving Wikipedia. If you want to pay homage to Hamadani, doing this at his dargah is a better way. Wikipedia is not a memorial site. — kashmīrī TALK 07:53, 7 June 2018 (UTC)
- Replying to your comment at top of page: No there is no UNESCO "report" on Hamadani, what you keep linking (and me removing) is only a list of festivals in different countries on UNESCO website which happened to include an entry on a Hamadani festival in Tajikistan that year. Read this: WP:RS. Your continuous pushing Hamadani everywhere over the last year have been a real annoyance. Wikipedia is not a place to promote unsourced claims. — kashmīrī TALK 10:03, 7 June 2018 (UTC)
